The most dangerous thing in your birds cage!

Happy huts are desirable to bird parents because theyโ€™re soft and cuddly and seem to offer our birds comfort. Indeed, birds generally like them a lot and spend quite a bit of time nestled inside. They often mouth or chew the material, sometimes tearing holes in the fabric. Although it may seem that these products are a great way to provide fun, enrichment, and a sense of safety and comfort, great danger lurks here. Toys are important!

Good toys and a wide variety of them are just as important as good food! Here's whyImagine you have to entertain yourself watching the same tv show or playing the same game for months on end or even worse the rest of your life? It would suck you may even resort to other harmful things. So why would you do the same to your parrots ๐Ÿฆœ? If they are stuck with the same toy for a long period of time or even worse no toy, they are going to entertain themselves in other ways. Such as screaming, feather plucking, and destroying furniture. None of these are good. So try to give your parrot a new toy every month.

New world ? Old world?

Did you know that there are two categories of parrots New World and Old World. The New World parrots come from places like the Central and South American rainforests. The rainforest has a lot of rain I know right crazy idea ๐Ÿ˜…. So your new world parrots ๐Ÿฆœ like Macaws and Amazons should be provided with a large water bowl a spray bath or a shower, at least twice a week.
